He collected his belongins, put in his backpack the most important things (a compass, a map, an atlas, a bottle of water) and went to the Station North Arctic - Australia. At first he sailed a big ship, then flew on a plane, then by the train, and at the end he got by car. Snowy had been getting to Australia for a month. But what did he see? There was no ice and even snow there! Snowy did not like the weather at all – it was too hot, the sun was shining and there were neither stream nor lake. His white fur became dirty and heavy. But what could he do? He wanted adventure himselves ! It was his own fault. And he decided to look round the new continent. Suddenly he saw a strange animal with big paws and a bag on its stomach. Snowy did not loose his head. He took out his atlas and understood that it was a KANGAROO! Snowy came up to the kangaroo and began to speake. Kangaroo was very friendly and told Snowy about Australia. They shook paws and Snowy set off. He saw interesting animals and birds on his way: koalas, ostriches, giraffes and many others. Snowy was very tired of wandering around Australia. It was hot and he wanted to dip into the cold water. Yes! It is cool to roam the Earth, look for new friends, but there is no place like home. Snowy had understood it exactly! He decided to go back to snowly Arctik, back home to Mom!
