Snowy is a little polar bear cub. He lives in the northern Arctic with his family. Mummy bear, Daddy bear and Snowy can see ice and snow everywhere every day. They like swimming from ice floe to ice floe and digging holes in snow banks.
One day Snowy says, "I'm tired of this ice and snow. I'm going to live where I can see something quite different."
"But your home is here! Look!
The snowflakes are dancing in the air! They are so beautiful! Listen to the snow! It's humming a very funny song, "scoosh-scoosh, scoosh-scoosh", his mother tells him.

Snowy went a head with confidence.
He was going, going and going.
Suddenly he saw several big lairs in snow.
Snowy was tired. That is why he decided to come in at one of the lair and to rest here a little bit.
There was nobody. The lair was not comfortable for him. He remembered that people live at the same lairs.
He decided to wait for them.
Suddenly he saw a small shining box.
“What is it?” - asked the little bear. Nobody answered him.
Snowy opened the box. A smooth, shining glass was sparkling on the surface the box.
There were many buttons outside of it. Snowy started to push them in a row.
Seals and walruses began to appear on the glass. It was similar to the ice windows in his snow lair.
Suddenly he saw a little brown bear, who was sitting on a green snow… Snowy was full of wonder and curiosity pushed on a button by accident. At that moment a little brown bear said:”Hello! My name is Mounty. And what is your name? Why are you so white?” Snowy smiled and answered:”I’m Snowy.
I’m white because I live among white floes and white snow.” Than he took the box with him and on the way home, he was speaking with his new friend.
He come home and said to his mother:”Mam, I stay at home! I have got now a magic box and a new friend!
Now I can see quite different things with the help of this wonderful box every day!”
His mother laughed for a while and said:
”My dear son, your magic box is called computer!”
