Snowy is a little polar bear cub. He lives in the northern Arctic with his family. Mummy bear, Daddy bear and Snowy can see ice and snow everywhere every day. They like swimming from ice floe to ice floe and digging holes in snow banks.
One day Snowy says, "I'm tired of this ice and snow. I'm going to live where I can see something quite different."
"But your home is here! Look!
The snowflakes are dancing in the air! They are so beautiful! Listen to the snow! It's humming a very funny song, "scoosh-scoosh, scoosh-scoosh", his mother tells him.

On his way Snowy meets a new friend.
It`s a penguin. He knows a lot and travels a lot.
They decide to swim on the ice to the continent.
While they are swimming, it is becoming hotter and hotter and the ice begins melting. Snowy and penguin are scared, they start to cry: “Help!”
All of a sudden a huge whale appears and offers his help.
Here they are on the South at last! There are a lot of beautiful trees: palms and fruit trees. The sun is shining brightly. Snowy feels bad, he isn`t used to such heat. He wants to go home. But how can he do it? He sees a monkey and asks her for help. She advises him to swim on the ship.
The time flies and he comes home after several months. He sees white snow, he is happy and wants to excuse for his stupid deed.
But his parents don`t remember the evil, they are happy to see their son again!
Snowy understands: East or west, home is best!
